it appears that i have a leaking sunroof,

i know this is a common thing on mk1's but how about mk 3's?

ive taken the glass out, cleaned all the rubber seal, tried to clean down the little flood holes, woke up today to it just as bad, its on both sides on the corner of the sun visor and around the light,

is this covered under warrenty or am i going to have to put in some overtime to get it fixed?

i hope i can get it sorted soon as i really dont want the lining to go mouldy because of it!!!!

I'd check your drain pipes, where they go after going 'in' the sunroof.

Remove sunroof glass, and trim, lower headlining, you'll see 2 tubes going downwards on either side of the car, these can block, and it pisses out where the tube joins the sunroof drains. Next time you strip it aswell, wherever rubber touches, ram loads of vaseline in there to waterproof it.

Edit, get them to put a sunroof assembly in under warranty, common problem.
