Right so brought myself a camera in the week so decided to get a bit of practise in before ze ring next weekend.
Started off with me and Lea in my car going and exploring.

Front tyre taking some abuse

Then when looking for a new site we spotted Alex so chased him down and went here

o yea look at this beauti

Another old school

Crazy 90year old bloke out in the middle of nowhere

Then we heard these bikes coming from miles away and then realised it was a blose Lea works with and they head a bike bike group out of a garage unit near ours

Then on the way home Lea decided he wanted to go over in the rallye so we got that and headed over before my battery ran out

Then he came back and pulled up and we noticed his Mintex 1144's smoking heavy!!!!!

But er. the static piccies are great, it seems you need or the camera needs working on the moving piccies.

Practice more on focusing and or shutterspeeds.
And pulling along pics. Background blurry to show actual speed.

It's just a DSLR so all can be deleted.:approve:

The camera is only a canon 300d 18-55 lens so not the best for moving pics. its not a fully manual camera so not as must adjustment. Will get a better lens at some point which will help improve the moving pics.

It should be a fully manual camera.. change to shutter priority mode and dial in roughly 1/200th and set it to continuous focus. Then follow the car along smoothly as it passes you while pressing the shutter button. There's a motorsport guide stickied in the photography section which is well worth a read.

Good shots though and the car looks nice, what's making your wheel lift off the ground in a few of them though?

o right i will have to have a play later and see what i can do.

with the wheel lifting it is because the other side wheel was on a raised mound and there is alot of movemnt in the rear so it lifts the other wheel aswell.
