Last time i checked, passing at speed (70, 60 or even 50's at speed imo) and speeding (aka breaking the speed limit) were two different things.

I know who it is now. I dont think he is a member. Apparently he has written off two 1.2's so far. Mummy and daddy have now bought him the afore mentioned 182. So it wont be long i guess before he stacks this one. I just hope he doesnt hurt anyone innocent.
