Suzuki Ignis Sport
This has bugged me ever since Ive had the car. It's had an aux belt and cambelt done by a local garage. It was then the cambelt was re-timed by a RS specialist and the aux belt tightened. It's well looked after and serviced as it should. It's had a new waterpump and recently had a new thermostat. This noise only happens once the engines warm, and it makes a louder grinding noise when it's been thrashed. It's a 1.2 16v 54plate so no dephaser etc.

Now, the ticketing noise is just the engine but every few seconds you'll hear a rattling/grinding/unhealthy noise. Hard to diagnose through soundclips but better than nothing eh! Best heard from drivers side arch or under bonnett on drivers side.
