i need a bit of help identifying some 197 camshafts

i have a set on my own car but i didnt "identify" them because i was the one taking them off the donor engine after i took the engine out of the car, and im looking to get some for a friend and the seller says they came off a clio r27 and sends these pictures:

F4R A 318 198 12H36
F4R E 794 194 10H53

im not looking to take my valve cover off right now so i have to try asking

not sure on numbers, to be honest have never actually checked them, does the inlet have a trigger wheel on it?
