You won't find one for the domestic market. You will be better off taking your bearings etc. to an engineering shop and asking them to do it, won't be expensive. Alternatively, ask a friend or relative if they know anyone with access, I use my old boys at work when needed.
^Beat me to it and theres branches in most large UK cities.
if its a wheel bearing, i just use a MIG welder and a large bench vice
HSS Hire Shop did a few years back, may still do them. You can buy them quite cheapish, blag all your mates, next time there bearings go you will press them in for them, but you need £40 upfront, then buy this...

A mig welder? ive mucked around doing it in vices before and i cant be bothered this time
Something to do with heat i'm guessing? :Swtf... mig welder!?
to get the old bearings out i smash out the internals and drive flange then weld 4 beads on the inside of the shell, leave it to cool then smack it out with a hammer and chisel!
but when you're in a garage at a race track you don't have a 10ton press in the van!
