are they the best option for my 02 clio 172?

have those exact ones (albeit bought from motorsportworld) on my ph1 on the front so that my cups clear the calipers.

Impressed with them tbh, the only thing i'll say against them is that the bolts you get in the kit dont seem all that great so i re-used some extended ones i had from my valver.

Also bought a pair of the 25mm ones which bolt into your hub, but havent fit these yet and they may be up for sale shortly.

I've been using them for months, the type 10 25mm ones, and had no problems at all. If you do buy them, make sure you clean the hub before you put them on though.

will they fit my 02 clio 172. Its lowered on sportlines and is on standard 205/45/16 wheels??

If you get the 'Clio' ones, yes. You should be able to go up to 25mm without any rubbing.
