Do it yourself with a mate, I did it as a newb, Took me 3 ½ hours with my grandads slight help on getting front struts out.
Rears are a piece of piss, Fronts are a bit fiddly getting the struts out. Once theyre out youve just got to spend time compressing and un compressing the springs on if your doing it by hand with a ratchet.
Id say a garage would charge £80-120 as well.
Id leave tracking till a few weeks after when the springs have settled, Had mine checked after 35mm and its still fine.
