get a check done so you know what you have already, Then get a pyrometer (SP?) to test the temps after a track session.. If they're alot hotter on the outer edge then more camber, and if hotter inner edge then less camber. But on my car I was quite happy around 2.5 front and just under 2 rear. Also depends what tyres you have
