How do you stop the feul?

I am trying to do a compression test on my 2002 172

To do this i have got the inlet mani off but i need to stop the petrol first before i can do it.

I have searched and it seems there is no cut off switch like older cars.

How can i stop fuel going into the cylinders?

lift up rear seat and pull the power lead out of the fuel pump.

disconnect all 4 injectors.
