How can a RARB scrape the ground?

This is going to seem a stupid question, and will probably make me look an idiot but here goes.

Fitted my 15" wheels yesterday, first time since fitting the rarb that i've run 15's.

When i go on and off my drive, which is a slight incline up to get to it and then a slight decline down it, something metal is scraping the ground.

Only thing i can think it could be are the ends of the rarb, which is no issue, i can change the height of the drop links no problem. But surely the bar moves with wheels, so the wheels going up and body coming down wont cause the rarb to go down further either? It should go up with the wheels and clear the ground.

Or have i got something wrong?

Nobody know?

I raised the bar today and it no longer happens so it was definitely that..
