Morning People,
Mum works at a nursery and they have had their Hotmail account hacked early hours this morning. Its the usual story of them logging in changing password and then sending out a begging letter for money stating they had been robbed while on an impromptu holiday in Nigeria.
The problem is the lady who ran it before left last year and the new one who has taken over doesn't have the secret passwords the alternate e-mail address the forgotten password link goes too.
Can anyone here help at all? Hack accounts maybe?
I'd advised if they do get back into it to make sure they just get the details and set up a Gmail account.
