holding bk at medium/hig revs?

basically iv noticed this over the past few days, the easiest way to explain is its as if the car is 'tired' it seems to not be responding as quick as it used to, and the revs take a lil while longer to settle, also bottom end is flat, and its holding back over 5k,it still has its 5k kick but seems to hold itself back,i also noticed when i gave it a good bit of right foot the temp guage went up slightly,not much but its never done that before,maybe temp sensor related?

tried that too,air filters new matey and genuine renault too
