HID's flickering on and off

Hey, my drivers side hid is flickering on and off with dipped beam and main. My plan is to change the bulb and see if that fixes it my question is, is the dipped beam a H7 and the full beam a H3?

Is it HID (aftermarket) or Xenon? If xenon then it's a D2S if HID it could be D2S or H7 depending on what kits been fitted.
