HID Im not electric savvy

I am looking t get some brighter lights such as HID due to my phillips HID effect ones are not enitrely bright for me at night. I need brighter lights due to my area its pitch black around here and Ive seen HIDs look really nice so enough of me waffling about my pain lol

I have a 57 Clio Mk2 Ph4 Campus will I need a conversion kit, for HIDs like this

You'll need projector headlights to fit those, or you'll blind everyone. 172/182 headlight units have projectors and you can use the bulbs, igniters and ballast that goes with those headlights too.

Thanks gherkin Im off to a breaker today I will see if they have any headlights in there I did read up about the problem to other drivers I hate being blinded myself so I don't wanna be one of 'Those' I have auto leveling headlights in at the moment will that effect any new ones?
