Helpfull and Friendly Renault

My little Clio has developed a rattle.At first i thought it was the passenger seat but its the gearstick console without doubt.I lived with it at first doing the usuall "Oh its a Renault" and turning up my stereo and all that but its gotten worse to the point of driving me mad,so i thought "Here we go" as i drove to my dealer.

Wow...talk about helpfull and friendly.Very impressed.The service guy listened to what the problem was and explained its not mechanical but they do use a specialist guy who comes and deals with rattles and if i could book in and leave it for a few hours it will get sorted.I also mentioned my rear number plate was not sitting flush and had a slight bow in it...no problem we will make you a new one and fit it at the same time they said.

Very impressed with the service,to be fair the few times ive called in with niggles they have always been mega helpfull.

Gotta lol that they have a Mr Fixit rattle guy though !

Anyway,nice one Renault

Its only 3 months old.

To right its getting done without me paying.

He didnt say it would take a few hours to fix,just leave it with us for a few hours and wel do both jobs.Im going to wait anyway so once its done ill be off.

Giving it large about fixing means nothing unless they do whats promised !

Good job its under warranty - usually when they say leave it with me for a couple of hours they mean - im going to get Nathan our spotty 16 year dunce to have a look at it - in the process he will dent the bonnet, smoke inside the car, steal any money in it and put four new tyres and an exhaust on it - we will then charge you £9,000000000 per hour and do approximately 23.3 mins of work on it. The exhaust will be £400 and the tyres will be £200 each. have a nice day.

I hate them!
