HELP WITH BOONET CATCH

I have had my bonnet respayed and had the catch mechanism removed. Problem I have is the little plastic clip that retains the slider is no good, as it will not clip back into the hole, and therefore the release mechanism under the bonnet will not stay in place.
Anyone got or know where there is a damaged bonnet to aquire one from as I am thinking Renault will want me to buy the whole catch mechanism.
In detail, it is a small round black plastic plug with 2 angled notches that push fit into a hole at the front of the bonnet to retain the front release mechanism.
Any help appreciated.

can i ask, did you take it to a bodyshop or spray it yourself?

cause if you took it to a bodyshop and they removed the catch, its their responsability to replace the damaged part or fix it
