Argh right, I was fitting the headunit for my friends car yesterday, it was all going fine... until we pulled the old 1 out and there was a fat mess of wiring... Anyway we thought we figured out what was what, the white speaker connector was fine so plugged tht straight in, but had to attach the power cables to the other plug seperately...
Anyway while we were stripping the 3 wires tht went into the old power socket the blue wire and the green and yellow wire touched and the sidelights came on as well as the dash lights!! so that was a bit odd, so we connected the 3 wires up, took 2 attempts got them wrong the 1st time, but plugged it all in, h/u works fine now but...
The passenger side, side light doesnt work, either do the dash lights, but the right hand side, side light, does work! If we cross the wires again the other side lights up... help!!!
The 3 wires that were there for the power were, Green and Yellow, Blue, and Red and Grey if tht helps!
