Help needed with wheel stud calculations please.

Right, need some help with working this out.

Standard bolts have a 23mm long thread. I've currently got longer bolts in, but ignore that for now..

I'm running 10mm spacers all round, meaning that I would now need 33mm long bolts right?

On rally designs, they sell the following lengths:

Now the 'exposed length' I'm guessing will include the shoulder, so what length should I go for? Bearing in mind that I need a safe amount of thread on the end in order for the nut to go on securely.

I'm guessing the 38mm ones would work fine for this?
I'm not sure how much I would have on the nuts size wise so I just want to make sure I don't bottom them out before I have got them nice and tight, bigger spacers would be a possibility but I'd rather not shell out more money.
