Help needed with Google :(

When l go on the net my home page has been set to Google. But now when l put in a search it seems to be going to advertisment sites like Monstermarketplace.com.

How can l 'reset' it?

Try the following: (if you have IE7 hit Alt to get "File" etc up)

Tools > internet options > type in yahoo or something as your homepage > close internet > re-open internet > repeat the above but set homepage as google.co.uk > close and open IE again and see what happens.

the best advice i could give you is to move to firefox, you won't get any of that type of stuff with it, no adverts/popups etc and its faster.

http://www.ie7.com/

it will also migrate all your bookmarks etc when you move too.
