help needed asap



  r5 gtt with 172 turbo eng
rite as many of you may no sept last year i took the car to pod and ended up shattering the flywheel, pressure plate, clutch and gearbox half way up the strip, moneys been tight but im not willing to skimp on products so thats why its taken so long to get bak 2gether, got it all back and ready to fired up but it wouldnt, after tring a few tings and testin the compression i found the valves were bents, seems the cam belt jumped a tooth when everything went wrong at the pod, so after having all 16 new valves ect put in ive managed to get the head back on, this is where i need ur help:

are the head bolts stretch bolts ?
what do you torque the 172 head down to ?
do i need a cam alinement tool?
where are the cam belt timing marks?
also has any1 got any pics of the the rockers so i can check to make sure these were damaged in all of this ?

any other info will be great as its the 1st time working on this engine ;)

the bolts are stretch i believe
you should use the cam alignment thing to do it proper. makes it spot on.
haven't got the rest to hand at the mo, soz
