Help!! Idle at 5200 rpm

After fitting this little project, I went for a drive.. Was fine, normal idle at about 1000 rpm. Then booted it on the freeway, kept on pulling, great :D!!!

Well, maybe it is.. But trying to slow down, it kept on pulling, trying to accellerate... WTF!!! The idle is now about 5200 rpm, a little high!!

What can be wrong... Having reset the ECU by disconneting it, not helping..

Potmeter? ECU? (A/F mixture is spot on through the rev range)

ICV stuck open. Easy way to see if to squeeze the hose from the back of the valve to the inlet manifold. The revs shoudl drop to base idle.

if not stuck cable, jammed throttle or something but I would say ICV.
