Hello.
I'm CJ, and i currently drive a 206 GTi.

I've been toying with the idea of selling up, and getting a 172, or 172Cup.

I like all colours, Blue, Silver and Black.

I've got a few questions regarding the 2 versions, that i hope you can help.

What's the main differences between the two? (Extras / Performance / Insurance?)

What's the difference between a phase1 and phase2?

I've had a quote on a 2000 172, will this differ much to a 172Cup?

If you do a search there's loads of details.

Basically 172 has more extras, half leather, A/C, Xenons, etc

172 Cup is lighter with less toys and therefore quicker, plus has better alloys, spoiler and splitter.

Cup will usually cost a bit more to insure.
