Heater problems

Got in my car this morning and my climate control isnt working. The annoying thing is neither is my heater, the whole display which normally shows the temp and all the buttons arent working just the back light behind the lcd is on.

Any ideas to sort this? I would quite like some heat in the car especially as its snowing on and off and showing -1 as the temp!

Ive had a search but cant find anything applicable, is it a warranty issue and therefore can i just roll up at the stealers and theyll fix it for free?

I dont want to sound daft but you havnt inadvertantly turned it off have you,because i have done it myself whilst ajusting the temperature failing that i would check the fuses.

pretty sure i havent turned it off as ive now gone and sat in the car for about 30 mins (yes im still cold) and pressed all the buttons in a variety of orders.

I dont think ive ever turned it off, but to turn on you just press a/c dont you? (or that button above off, cant remember what its called)

Checked the fuse, there only seems to be on for the fan, taken it out, looked at it seemed fine and swapped it for the spare and still nothing. Is there another fuse i should be looking at?
