Headlights bouncing around !!!

have a mk2 ph 1 172. the problem is the headlight beam bouncing around as i drive, have looked at the units this morning. the internal part which the bulbs attach too seam to move up and down inside the headlight.

Any ideas how to sort. my car does not have a headlight adjust switch.

The adjuster has come out or is broken, take the adjuster out with a kinda half turn then slide it out.

Some times you can pull the mirror back on to the adjusters if you take the rubber cap off the back of the light and pull the mirror bit inside towards the back of the car.
