Headlight washers

i need to change them is it a bumper off job or can you get to them with out taking bumper off?

and i am guessing putting blanks in there is a no no with xenon headlights?

The law isn't particuarly clear if I remember rightly from another thread on here.

I think that if you have washers and xenons then they have to work. But if you have xenons and no washers (blanks) then it is fine.

Don't quote me on that though.

Just did this yesterday, bumper off job not difficult follow the guide on here or type how to remove Clio bumper into google to get a PDF guide. Parts are cheap too I paid bout £20 for both from Renault.
