Hard to breath

Hello there.
Finally got a bit of money to see spend on the clio, and one thing that needs to be done is air flow. Could any one on here advise me on the best replacement panal filter for the car. I'm not after a ram air kit or cone filter but a good all round panal one to keep the car looking standard.

ITG off the top of my head.

See I'm wondering if there is really much difference between foam and paper in power gains. I guess the real difference is in noise.

No difference in noise between my paper and foam ones but I have a ph1 airbox (Pipercross filter) so it was pretty noisy anyway.

Don't bother with an ITG it's just extra money for no extra gains, I found them no better than a new paper filter,
I had a Pipercross when I had a standard airbox.
