Had a bump but not claimed on aftermarket exhaust

Light damage to front end (bumper, side wing, light) so only cosmetic. The car has an aftermarket exhaust on, so will this person get shafted when claiming? It was them who went into someone else...

Who's the insurance company and does the exhaust look really aftermarket?

Ie on the 182's aftermarket exhausts look standard to assessors.
