best springs you can get, we're £137 for them

do they lower the quoted 30mm on the sport models.
wil they fit a 182 fred.

Are they better than the eibach prolines, for stiffness and handling?

Which uprated shocks would be recomended to go with?

I had these springs on my cup before I got the coilovers, they are seriously good quality springs. Great handling without the harshness associated with stiffer springs. They dont lower by much though 10-15mm by my measurements, but if it aint a cosmetic mod your after, I'd reccomend them over eibachs any day.
