H &R springs for 172

Are H & R springs any good as I believe their coilover kit is. What kind of drop do they give on the MK1 172 and what is the ride like. How do they compare to the Eibachs in term of quality and general performance?

Eibach and H&R springs are basically the same. Ive got Eibach pros fitted on my Grande and the ride is very smooth and the car handles much better. The Eibach pros drop you 30mm and the sportlines even more. I think the H&Rs do 30mm.
