Guidance needed...plesh

Hey,

On a MK3 Clio sport...how do you remove the front bumper? I want to paint the lower grill black as it's now grey-ish. Rather than spray in situ. I want to take the lower grill out. I believe this is taking the front end off?...

Any one completed this job? Any one have guidance?
