Just wondered what everyones views on the above were?

Im struggling to understand how the government believes that ISP's have the capacity to get past 256 bit SSL encryption for millions of people downloading at once

statefull packet inspection and other ways of sniffing whats inside the data been transmitted

im not saying they couldnt get past the encryption but they will have to decrypt it. What im saying is the ISP's dont have the capacity to undertake the decryption of billions of packets transported over their networks daily.
