Turns out my alternator decided to blow up.
Yet another job done under warrenty!! (why was this covered but the rear shock not!?!)
whilst picking the 172 up I saw on the forecourt a 53 plate 172 priced at £10995!! Surely their having a laugh, you can pick up a 182 for that.
