Gears feel heavy

Hi all

my gear changes are really heavy, just been happening over the last few days. Today i had been driving for around two hours and towards the end the gear changes were fine back to normal. But it'll be heavy again tommorw.

Any Ideas?

Gear oil issues are the only explanation really (apart from w*****s whiplash). Check level.

im going to be a dumb ass an ask how to check?

there is a plastic (yes plastic I know) bung thingy on the front of the gearbox. Unscrew it. Feed gear box oil in there or in the breather in the top of the gearbox until it trickles out of the hole very very lightly. any more and it's overfilled.

best to access that via engine bay or under the car

ive never tried it from under but if you remove the airbox its piss easy to get to from the engine bay

i located the breather pipe and added some oil which seems to have helped but where is the filler port for the gearbox in relationship to the breater pipe
