Gearknob sticker

Failing my search for a new gearknob insert, I've decided I'm going to spray the scratched one I have in atm.

Question is; does anyone know where you can get the sticker/vinyl with the gear selects once I've done this? Does it have to be Renault?

Sorry for the hijack, but to prevent a re-post.... I'm doing roughly the same thing! But because my insert has been cracked, Spraying it won't work. Does anyone have a small off-cut of silver carbon fibre effect film they can donate/sell? say 15cm square?
