Gearbox problem

Having problems with the box jumping out of 3rd , have adjusted the rod several times and it's still happening , any one had the same problem and did you manage to find the problem, or is it most
Likely to be internal?
It's got new mounts so don't think it's the engine rocking back and forward knocking it out of gear,
