Gearbox parts.

Hy evryone! I am newbie in this forum.I have an problem with my gearbox(JC5 130,CLIO RS 182),i broke the 2nd gear synchro and i ordered it in RENAULT but it arived not for JC5 130 gearbox.They have an fault in the DIALOGYS progam,and they don't know what synchro to order for my gearbox.The sinchro that arived is the syncho for the JC5 089 gearbox Clio RS Ph1 169hp.They told me at first that is ben make an modification for the 1and 2nd gears and the old parts config don't exists anymore and i have to buy the whole 1st and 2nd kit that cost 600e.Later they said about this fault in the dialogys prog.ANYONE can tell me wich is the code for this HOLLY SYNCHRO?I'm going nuts.PLEASE HELP! P.S. The wrong part code is:326190209R(collection ano).

I need the no2 part. in this momment they tell me that i have to buy the Whole kit no19.But the 19 1and2nd gear kit is the kit that Mount on mk1 clio 169hp,JC5 089 gearbox.

Its my car (clio 182 Trophy) in the system and its my car details that show and thats the part number that comes up.

intem no.2.They tell me first that intem NO.2 don't exist anymore with the old shape because RENAULT make some modifications in the gearbox.This is FALSE!Later they said that is an fault/confusion in the DIALOGYS sistem,and don't now how to bring me the right synchro 4 my gearbox.

Im no expert when it comes to gearbox but.

If i remember rightly most of the jc5 boxes share the same internals as one another bar the bolted diff in the jc5 130.

I also remember reading that the final drive ratio is different.

Maybe someone like Fred@BTM can confirm as he does a few boxes.

I think that there is an catalogation probblem 4 the REN parts.I'm not the only one that have this probblem. manny 182 owners in Italy have the same probblem.

Call Renault UK Between 9am & 5pm and speak to someone and explain your problem. I have done this and had a lot of help and info from them

i haven't done a 182 box for a while, but from memory the 182 box has different hubs on 1st and 2nd, i vaguely remember having to order the full kit for one previously, the renault parts system has several errors on there unfortunately!!

I know that the renault system has errors but i don't want to spend 500e+vat 4 an kit that is not 4 the jc5 130 gearbox.The parts that i need cost only +- 90e.
