Gear knob change and gear knob fitting

I have seen people speak about removing gear knob's from clios but I'm unsure on where to find nice replacements for lift up reverse. The richbrook lift up reverse version fits and looks nice. It's just cold at winter.

It will fit but its going to be awkward whatever you buy. Is this going on a stock shifter? Or short shifter?
