Gear change not right

Hi guys, had my 172 in the garage to have the gearbox done (for a second time) anyway got it back and the gear changes wasn't right, it was more like a W shape as apposed to a H shape. Had it back in, and had another go, felt fine when I left there (last week) it felt fine, now 1 - 2 & 2 - 3 is fine but 3 - 4 is slightly dog legged. Any easy way to get this sorted?

Last time they had my box in and out it was fine when I got it back but they've got a different mechanic on it this time as the usual guy isn't there.
