Gear box problems/ where to get it reconditioned in Sussex

Hi guys,
Iv got a crunch with 3rd gear. Doesn’t happen every time but I do notice it more when I’m going from 4th - 3rd. I’m guessing I need it overhauled . Anyone know somewhere in the Sussex area that aren’t going to pull my pants down in the price
