can anyone help got a weird wizzing sound coming from probably the engine on my valver when i'm driving at 4k revs and over don't think there are any leaves stuck in the vents. cheers

most whizzing or speed changing via revs are often bearings of some sort.. get a piece of tube and stick it in your ear while a mate brings the revs up.. poke the other end of your tube around the engine till the noise it at it loudest and you may have located the area of your problem..

water pump, pas pump, alternator, even the cv joints will make noises..

miind your fingers if your poking them into an engine bay with a running engine
