Fog dash light coming on when brake pedals pressed

The fog light on the dash (showing that the fog light is on) flashes on when the brake pedal is pressed. It is not happening because of braking inertia, and it happens when stationary and pressing the brake pedal. Any ideas??

You need to take off and clean the connections on both the rear light clusters.

​A bad earth is causing it.
