My aux belt is sqeaking for a minute or so when cold starting, its a new power gates aux belt and kit fitted a weak ago searched on here no definite answer battery and alternator couple of months old

You only get that choice on cups. If he doesn't have a cup then he has no choice in this.

I took it to garage but it stops long before I drive the 3 miles there lol

check the crank pulley, make sure the rubber isn't on it's way out.
