flywheel upgrade, where from.

the gear box is out and the new paddle clutch is on order but ive been told by a lot of people that a uprated flywheel wil help.

where would i get 1 as k tec and simialr dont seem to sell them.
oh its for my hybrid by the way.

you can buy alluminium billet flywheels

Well it has to lower transmission loss. So while your not actualy making anymore power you are able to get more of the engines power down to the wheels.

I ran a lightened fly on my valver, made it rev like an ON/OFF switch lol

I had mine as light as possible on the standard flywheel which left it at 4.5kg.

I got mine done by the local machine shop/engine builders.

They are abit hit and miss from what I've heard as you lose inertia top end. They help low end and mid range but can hinder higher up, ironically, where all the power is!
