Flux Limited Mileage

Ok, I've got a bit of a problem.

I changed my flux policy over to the new daily a while ago.
I failed to notice that they'd emailed me an updated limited mileage form for me to complete and send back.
I eventually got round to sending it back on friday at 12 noon. I received an email to the effect - your too late, we cancelled your policy at 9:30am. They owe me exactly 2 months insurance still

It was a genuine mistake on my part. I've had a lot on. I'm gonna give them a call on monday. What can I expect and is there anything I can say/do apart from keeping my tail firmly between my legs?

For those who don't know, Flux require that you actually tell them the start+finish mileage of your car to have a limited mileage insurance policy.

well they gave the cheapest quote, and they are normally helpful over the phone.....

but anyway. Bottom line is, they owe me 2 months insurance. I spose I'll have to wait till monday to see what they say.
