flashing lights everywhere..

hi guys,, my handbrake light stays on when its not on handbrake, my from the button with the three arrows on stays on ( the one next to the middle temperatre/airflow gauge) the battery and stop signs flashes like it glitches now and then.. wtf is going on with my car?? help please..

handbrake light is usually if brake fluid is low. Don't know about the other but it should tell you in the manual.

the ciculation thingy button is stil on but the handbrake is off now.. havnet changed anything though... i dont have a manual
