What a load of s**t. In the past week everything has gone wrong with MacBooks around here. I'm going to strangle Steve using a turtle neck.

  Go cry to your momma!
buy a genuine battery and fit it yourself, piece of pi$$. You can clean the fan whilst you're at it ;D

Or just give it to Chris, let him take it to Apple and he'll return it to you with a bigger HD, new screen, case, battery, charger and probably an iPhone 8GSII

Not really, not anymore.

Plus being a genius is even worse. Someone actually went in to a store and had a massive row because they bought an 'iPhone' on eBay with a stylus and it broke.

I could never do it. Retail is hell. It doesn't matter how you sugar coat it.

Yup. I went for a job at a better place, more upmarket, more money. Still have to serve retards.

(P.S, the service thing has disappeared and the battery is holding charge now? PROBLEM APPLE?)

The only good thing about retail is the other people working with you can be a laugh, but in an apple store you'll have very little time to socialise i expect :(

I always thought revels worked in retail though :S

*Sigh* since reading this thread mine is doing exactly the same. Says 'not charging' and then switches to '45% full'.

Im blaming you Jason E!!!

i work at an Apple Retail Store, i also read Crappleblog, the guy is funny, but i havent experienced any of the bad things he talks about on there... for once in my life, i can say i absolutely love working there... yeh, its retail, but its fun. better than working in a call centre or getting grubby in a factory/workshop imo... get to meet people from all walks of life, and chat to them about stuff i am passionate about.
