Pmsl! 172 with cup soiler and cup splitter, semi fat?

We should retro fit a 172 with cup suspension and spoiler and we shall call it '172FF'

Life? Get one.

172 cup=172 light (What Renault calls them)
Hence 172=172FF

They are both different versions of the 172. If I come on here and say I've bought a 172 people will ask if it's a cup or not. By saying 172ff people know what I've bought.

Think its named on the Renault computer system as: Renault Clio Sport SPL lighter version........this is from experience of buying parts direct from the dealership......and I have a workshop manual with a subsection outlining the Cup variant's differences to a normal 172 (not a 172 FF for the record!!!!! lol)

From the workshop manual pdf:

1 Special designation "SPL" for SPORT LIGHT
The name SPORT LIGHT refers to the lightweight version of RENAULT CLIO SPORT.
This weight saving is achieved by removing certain systems, such as the ABS system or air conditioning, and
making certain parts lighter.

If I come on here and say I've bought a 172 people will ask if it's a cup or not. By saying 172ff people know what I've bought.

I understand what you mean....but......
