FAO anybody who knows about Proxy

Trying to get some votes up on this website (http://maldivesbreakoutfestival.com/?attachment_id=419) by clicking on the thumb. Its blocking out votes from the same IP address though and also blocking people from voting if they are based in the same office/house. I have tried using a proxy to get around this but doesn't seem to be working does anybody know why this would be?

Probably because the proxy isn't working, or the site has blocked a list of known proxy sites from voting?
