f7p head on f7r block HELP!!

hi there, i am new to clio sport and unsure if this is the right place to post this question... i have a valver, i am changing the standard bottom end for an f7r and keeping my fully worked 1.8 head but i am unsure which starter and flywheel to use. i have read through alot of fourms about it and it still seems to me there is still debate about what to use.

Flywheels are the same, doesnt matter.

Williams starter motors are far superior to valver ones.
